Hereinafter I inform you about the processing of your personal data, when you visit my website (www.drparke.de) or contact me by e-mail, and about your rights when your personal data is processed by me.

In addition to your e-mail adress I save the data you voluntarily send to me in the e-mail, such as name and address, if this data is necessary to satisfy your request. The data will be deleted, if they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In case of legal obligations to retain data the processing will be restricted. This is the case after I processed your request. The data will be deleted at the latest one year after the last contact with you unless I am legally obliged to store your data. If a mandate relation is generated between us, I am legally obliged and entitled to continue to store your data. In this case I will separately inform you about this.

• to withdraw your prior consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing on the basis of the former consent.

Due to the further development of this website or due to legal and official requirements, it may be necessary to change this data protection declaration.
